We have updated sidewalks and renovated facades to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our properties. In our commitment to sustainability, we strive for 100% electric usage, having already converted the majority of our apartments from gas to electric for heating, stoves, and hot water.
  • Adhere to all current guidelines and requirements set by the City of Philadelphia, ensuring our properties have rental licenses, lead-safe certifications, and annual fire panel and fire extinguisher certifications. Additionally, we maintain certificates of rental suitability to provide a safe and compliant living environment for our tenants.

  • The planting of over 30 trees, providing summer shade and cooling the streets while enhancing the neighborhood's beauty.
